Ranch Reserve Plaza, Westminster, Colorado:
The Ranch Reserve Plaza, a specialty retail center adjacent to the Ranch Reserve Villas, received the Award for Excellence in Design and Development from the City of Westminster. The Villas (also by Olson Architecture) received the same award the previous year. The architecture complements the Southern European style of the adjacent Villas and includes a mix of rich exterior colors and stone types. (Photography by Philip Wegener)
