The Villas at Ranch Reserve, Westminster, Colorado:
The Villas is a limited edition of 27 homes that takes architectural cues from Southern Italy. These homes are designed with varying rooflines and rich exterior materials and colors. The Villas received the Award for Excellence in Design and Development from the City of Westminster, and the Ranch Reserve Plaza (also by Olson Architecture) received the same award the following year.
